As you can see in the video, I’m excited to share that Invoca has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Conversation Intelligence: Sales And Marketing, Q4 2021 report, receiving the top score possible in 13 of the 24 criteria.
Earlier this year, we expanded our solution set with the introduction of Invoca for Sales. This was the next step in our vision of delivering a single conversation intelligence platform for revenue teams, across marketing, e-commerce, and sales. At Invoca, our goal is to empower brands to deliver a modern buying experience that combines the best of digital self-service and the value-added “human touch.” Invoca now offers the most advanced and complete conversation intelligence solution for revenue teams, and Forrester stated in the report that “Invoca has some of the strongest CI (conversation intelligence) capabilities for marketers. While we are proud of the top scores we received in the product- and service-related criteria in this report, our placement as the top-ranked vendor in the Strategy category and among the top ranked in Product and Technology Innovation Roadmap criterion is even more important as the conversation intelligence category is rapidly evolving.
The Conversation Intelligence Category Is Gaining Velocity
The report points to the strategic significance of conversation intelligence, just as multi-billion dollar valuations, high-profile acquisitions, and investor activity in 2021 have marked an evolution from an emerging category of interest to a mission-critical technology for enterprise businesses.
The market velocity of conversation intelligence is being driven by multiple industry trends: advancements in AI technology, increased focus on first-party data in digital advertising, the accelerating shift of contact center technology to the cloud, and the convergence of the digital marketing, CRM, customer experience, and contact center markets. Furthermore, changes in consumer behavior have led to increased market demand for modern buying experiences that blend the best of digital with a personalized human touch when and how consumers want it.
