About Invoca 

Gregg is a seasoned digital marketing and SaaS leader with 20 years of extensive experience bringing products to market in emerging categories and working with the world’s best enterprise brands. Before joining Invoca, Gregg led Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s social marketing product line, where he integrated $1 billion of M&A investments into the Salesforce product portfolio.

Prior to that he drove product strategy and development for Salesforce Chatter, helping define the nascent category of enterprise social networking and rolling out one of Salesforce's most successful products. Earlier in his career, Gregg was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group and worked in sales, marketing and product roles at several startups.

He graduated from Stanford University and holds a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

Peter is a business leader with deep experience as a full-stack CMO, having managed all aspects of marketing, including brand, product, demand gen, business development and partners.  As CMO at Demandbase, he helped create the Account-Based Marketing category and established the company as the market leader in the space. Peter has also held CMO positions at Replicant, Castlight Health and Microstrategy. He's passionate about building world-class teams that focus on business impact.

Teresa Dietrich is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in building, scaling, and transforming technology, products, organizations, and processes across startups, medium-sized companies, and large enterprises in Technology, Media, and Services. Her expertise spans software engineering, product management, design, SRE, and data science. Teresa has led major transformations, including cloud migrations, monolith-to-microservices transitions, and the adoption of platform strategies.

A passionate advocate for diversity in tech, Teresa strives to create inclusive environments that empower individuals from varied demographics and expertise to excel. She believes diverse teams deliver more innovative solutions and better decisions. Teresa’s leadership philosophy emphasizes hiring and nurturing the right talent as the foundation for successful technology and processes.

Most recently, Teresa was the Chief Product Officer at Stack Overflow, where she led product, engineering, and community management through significant growth, a $1.8 billion acquisition by Prosus, and a transformation to Product-Led Growth. Previously, she served as the Global Head of Product & Engineering at McKinsey New Ventures, scaling B2B SaaS solutions and cultivating a global community of technologists. Earlier roles include CTO at Namely and SVP of Technology Operations and Security at WebMD.

An avid learner and traveller, Teresa has visited over 90 countries and all seven continents, capturing and sharing her journeys. She holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University (BS) and George Mason University (MS) and serves on the Oklahoma School of Science and Math Foundation Board, supporting the institution that sparked her passion for technology.

A SaaS veteran with over 30 years of experience in business-facing leadership roles, Mike is responsible for Finance, Accounting, Legal, Business Systems, Facilities, and IT. Prior to Invoca, Mike was CFO and Chief Administrative Officer at enterprise SaaS unicorn AppDirect, where he enabled the company to simultaneously drive 2x revenue growth and improve its cash flow profile. He also served as head of Finance and Business Development for the SaaS Division of Citrix Systems, and helped lead the $1.8B spinoff and merger of this business with LogMein. Prior to Citrix, he was CFO and led all G&A functions at MuleSoft in its early days. Mike graduated from Penn State University and holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Ben is an enterprise sales veteran with over 20 years of experience building and managing sales organizations at high-growth SaaS companies. Prior to Invoca, Ben was the VP of worldwide sales at ON24, where he led and scaled the global sales organization and drove over 70% subscription revenue growth. Prior to that, Ben also served as VP of strategic alliances and business development at ON24. Ben has held various sales and management roles in voice telephony, unified SaaS communications and enterprise SaaS companies including Genesys, Winstar Communications and Verizon.

Ben holds a BA in sociology and mass communication and marketing from Saint Anselm College.

Nancy is an intuitive results-driven Human Resources Executive and HR Business Partner who leverages calculated risk-taking with 30+ years of experience to empower, motivate, inspire, and retain high-performing workforces. Nancy brings influences with data, servant leadership, gratitude, ethics, humility, and a strong sense of humor as she directs HR programs for companies with up to 150,000 global employees in 100 countries.

Working directly with corporate Boards and Committees to drive alignment in HR operations, Nancy is known for reversing high attrition and low employee satisfaction environments with a readily adaptable and dynamic approach while ensuring programs and talent strengthen the culture and leadership effectiveness.

Nancy brings expertise in driving rapid global growth, creating and implementing Global Total Rewards Strategy, M&A, Culture integration, Talent Acquisition & Retention, DEI+B training, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Succession Planning and fostering strong, innovative and scrappy cultures. She has worked directly with corporate Boards as a member of the Compensation and Nomination Committees and has a background as a therapist and guest instructor at Stanford University, SJSU, and Santa Clara University.

Nathan has over 15 years of experience as a product growth leader, driving enterprise product development for marketing and advertising technology software companies. Prior to joining Invoca, Nathan was Director of Product Management at Adconion Direct, acquired by Amobee / Singapore Telecom in 2014. As an original member of the product team, Nathan helped Adconion Direct grow into a top 10 global advertising network serving Fortune 500 companies in 20+ countries.

Nathan earned his BA from Boston College.

Bhavin Merchant brings more than $20 billion in M&A and investment experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Invoca. A seasoned investment banker and executive with over 20 years of experience, Merchant has advised entrepreneurs, management teams, and Boards of Directors on strategic growth initiatives, driving over $20 billion in transactions throughout his career. Most recently, as Chief Business Officer at Zix Corporation (Nasdaq: ZIXI), Merchant spearheaded seven key acquisitions that transformed the company into a leading provider of cloud-based security, compliance, and productivity solutions, culminating in its successful sale to OpenText (Nasdaq: OTEX). Prior to his role at Zix, Merchant founded Merchant Advisory Group, where he provided fractional services in finance, fundraising, M&A/corporate development, and strategy to investors, entrepreneurs, and boards.

As VP of Strategic Operations at Invoca, Matt Diederichs leads strategic direction, disciplined execution, and AI-driven transformation. He specializes in strategy, operations, and corporate development, with over 15 years of experience helping high-growth SaaS companies scale through pivotal transitions. Matt’s superpower is guiding leadership teams to define clear strategic priorities and execute them with integrity, especially during the critical inflection points that shape a company’s trajectory.

As Invoca’s first Corporate Development leader, Matt established the company’s Strategy and M&A functions. Prior to Invoca, he spent over seven years at Hootsuite during its hypergrowth phase, holding senior roles in strategy and corporate development at the global leader in social media management.

Prior to founding Invoca and RingRevenue, Colin was the Chief Technology Officer at CallWave, Inc. from 2000 to 2008 where he architected the company’s voice services platform to scale to over 10 million free and paid users. From 1989 – 1999, Colin was staff scientist and lead software architect at Unisys/Pulsepoint Communications, a supplier of highly scalable and reliable voicemail systems to major carriers and corporations such as Pacific Bell, Verizon, Motorola and 3M.

Colin earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Villanova University. While there he founded and co-wrote Gnuplot, an open source data visualization tool distributed with the Gnu project that remains widely in use today at universities and research organizations worldwide.
