Gregg is a seasoned digital marketing and SaaS leader, with over fifteen years of extensive experience bringing products to market in emerging categories, leading large teams, and working with the world’s best enterprise brands. Most recently, Gregg led Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s social marketing product line, where he integrated $1 billion of M&A investments into the Salesforce product portfolio.
Prior to that he drove product strategy and development for Salesforce Chatter, helping define the nascent category of enterprise social networking and rolling out one of Salesforce's most successful products. Earlier in his career, Gregg was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group and worked in sales, marketing and product roles at several startups.
He graduated from Stanford University and holds a Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Dee Anna is a SaaS veteran with extensive experience building world-class teams and category-defining brands to drive rapid growth.
Prior to Invoca, Dee Anna was SVP of Marketing at Movable Ink where she repositioned the company as a Visual Experience Platform and introduced several new product lines.
As VP of Marketing at Hootsuite, she helped lead the company from the early stages to a globally recognized category leader with nearly $100 million in revenue.
Prior to Hootsuite, Dee Anna was VP of Marketing at Yammer where she established Enterprise Social Networking as a new category of business software and helped propel Yammer to a leading market position, with 300% annual growth and a $1.2 billion acquisition by Microsoft.
She also served as Co-Founder, President and CMO at mom.life, Partner at Horn Group, Senior Vice President at both Edelman and Ogilvy and head of PR at PeopleSoft. Dee Anna has a BA in Communication from Purdue University.
Prior to founding Invoca and RingRevenue, Colin was the Chief Technology Officer at CallWave, Inc. from 2000 to 2008 where he architected the company’s voice services platform to scale to over 10 million free and paid users. From 1989 – 1999, Colin was staff scientist and lead software architect at Unisys/Pulsepoint Communications, a supplier of highly scalable and reliable voicemail systems to major carriers and corporations such as Pacific Bell, Verizon, Motorola and 3M.
Colin earned his BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Villanova University. While there he founded and co-wrote Gnuplot, an open source data visualization tool distributed with the Gnu project that remains widely in use today at universities and research organizations worldwide.
Passionate about the customer experience and earning customer loyalty, Jennifer has 20 years of experience developing and scaling global customer success organizations for major enterprise software and marketing services players.
Lovette was most recently Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Chief of Staff at Imperva where she scaled the global customer success strategy, leading a team responsible for 5,500 customers and $275M in support revenue. She was instrumental in embedding customer focus across the organization while operationalizing repeatable, measurable growth motions across diverse business and product lines.
Prior to that, Jennifer was Vice President of Customer Experience and Customer Care Operations at LogMeIn where she focused on driving exceptional customer experiences and loyalty, which resulted in best-in-class retention rates. In addition to helping to drive the integration between LogMeIn and Citrix, she held several customer-facing executive roles at Citrix, including Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Customer Success. She was also VP of Client Development and Marketing at Commission Junction where she oversaw retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction of a $128M client portfolio.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Masters of Business Administration from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
A SaaS veteran with over 30 years of experience in business-facing leadership roles, Mike is responsible for Finance, Accounting, Legal, Business Systems, Facilities, and IT. Prior to Invoca, Mike was CFO and Chief Administrative Officer at enterprise SaaS unicorn AppDirect, where he enabled the company to simultaneously drive 2x revenue growth and improve its cash flow profile. He also served as head of Finance and Business Development for the SaaS Division of Citrix Systems, and helped lead the $1.8B spinoff and merger of this business with LogMein. Prior to Citrix, he was CFO and led all G&A functions at MuleSoft in its early days. Mike graduated from Penn State University and holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Ben is an enterprise sales veteran with over 20 years of experience building and managing sales organizations at high-growth SaaS companies. Prior to Invoca, Ben was the VP of worldwide sales at ON24, where he led and scaled the global sales organization and drove over 70% subscription revenue growth. Prior to that, Ben also served as VP of strategic alliances and business development at ON24. Ben has held various sales and management roles in voice telephony, unified SaaS communications and enterprise SaaS companies including Genesys, Winstar Communications and Verizon.
Ben holds a BA in sociology and mass communication and marketing from Saint Anselm College.
Mike has nearly 20 years of experience leading software engineering teams to success and architectural nirvana. He has held leadership positions at startups companies in a variety of industries from telecom to medical devices. Prior to joining Invoca, Mike was Chief Product Officer at cielo24 an industry leader in video captioning and metadata generation.
Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Nathan has over 15 years of experience as a product growth leader, driving enterprise product development for marketing and advertising technology software companies. Prior to joining Invoca, Nathan was Director of Product Management at Adconion Direct, acquired by Amobee / Singapore Telecom in 2014. As an original member of the product team, Nathan helped Adconion Direct grow into a top 10 global advertising network serving Fortune 500 companies in 20+ countries.
Nathan earned his BA from Boston College.
