At Invoca, we believe diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are critical to our success. We are committed to create a workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to be their authentic selves. This enables people to do their best work and have their contributions recognized and valued. By embracing and promoting this core belief, we amplify the voices of our employees, our customers, and our communities.
At Invoca, we believe diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are critical to our success.

Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

At Invoca, we’re committed to fostering a culture that’s fair, equitable, and welcoming for everyone. This goes beyond making a statement. We are actively working with our leaders, managers and talent acquisition staff to achieve the following goals by the end of 2024:

Balance is Key

Increase the company-wide gender equity of male employees and employees of underrepresented genders (including female and nonbinary employees) to 50/50

Let's Get More Diverse

Increase the share of underrepresented groups to 30% of our employees
These company-level goals are designed to keep us accountable and provide a feedback loop that highlights opportunities for improvement. After all, “continuous improvement” is a core value at Invoca, and this is a perfect way to ensure that value turns into action.

Our approach is based on four sets of initiatives:

Education
To raise awareness, through our ERGs, speakers, and programs
Activation
To support employees who want to make a personal impact in their communities, through our Paid Volunteer Time-Off and Company Donation Matching programs
Transparency
Reporting to hold ourselves accountable. We share a report twice a year outlining our progress against these goals and opportunities for improvement
Policies
Driving sustained changes, especially in recruiting and compensation

Review our reports

In June 2020, we committed to publishing data about the composition of the Invoca workforce twice a year as part of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiative. As an organization, we have set a goal of increasing the company-wide balance of male and female employees to 50 / 50 and the share of underrepresented groups to 30%. You can view all of the reports, updates, and our action plan below.

Our commitment to pay equity

Ensuring fair and equitable pay for all Invocans is critical to building a workplace that is truly diverse and inclusive. To achieve pay equity, Invoca takes a proactive and intentional approach to ensure we are paying everyone fairly. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and job responsibilities, and we ensure these criteria are applied consistently for all employees. We conduct semiannual pay equity analyses to identify and immediately address any disparities that may exist, resulting in 99% equal pay between men and women and white and BIPOC employees.
