Our employee resource groups
Invoca’s employee resource groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that provide employees a safe space to foster a diverse and inclusive workspace.
DEIB mission-driven groups serve as the driving force of our DEIB initiative. Invoca has three ERGs today:
