Introducing Invoca Impact Awards 2023 Finalists!

Each year, Invoca celebrates the extraordinary accomplishments of our customers and partners. It’s our favorite time of year, as we get to recognize all of the work you do to drive success at your organizations. Ask any Invocan what drives them every day and gives them the most satisfaction, and the answer will be “helping our customers succeed!” In this year’s Invoca Impact Awards, we are recognizing our most amazing customers and partners across 11 categories. We’re excited to share this year’s finalists, and winners will be announced here on September 13, so stay tuned!

The first category is Rookie of the Year. The Rookie of the Year is a customer who’s been using Invoca for less than a year and has immediately grasped the value. They demonstrate outstanding dedication to getting up and running quickly, have embraced conversation intelligence with vigor and passion, and have seen a swift and meaningful impact within months of going live.

Huge congrats to the finalists for Rookie of the Year: COPART, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Home Franchise Concepts, and Rentokil Terminix. You have all achieved an incredible amount in such a short time!

The Visionary of the Year makes the most of their investment through a strong vision and execution and uses Invoca’s AI technology in new and innovative ways to meet business objectives and transform their business. They typically join multiple beta programs, lead product direction and execution, use Invoca in unique and creative ways, and push our platform and product teams to make improvements that positively impact the broader Invoca community.

Congratulations to our Visionary of the Year finalists The Aspen Group, Banner Health, DIRECTV, and MoneySolver. With incredible vision come phenomenal results, and we are so excited by your boundary-pushing approach.

The Biggest Business Impact Award is earned by a customer who uses Invoca insights to drive the biggest impact in key business metrics, such as revenue growth, increased marketing spend efficiency, ROI on their Invoca investment, and increased conversion rates, among other metrics. This customer is definitely spending smarter!

The finalists for The Biggest Business Impact are: City of Hope, Physicians Mutual Insurance, Renewal by Andersen, and Rentokil Terminix. In turbulent economic times, being able to provide visibility into marketing spend so that you can spend smarter, is critical.

The Contact Center Innovator of the Year is earned by a customer whose Contact Center is using Invoca’s AI to coach their agents, reach better outcomes, and make pivotal changes in their sales and care strategy. This organization uses Invoca for quality assurance and routing, as well as agent enablement to drive outcomes such as improving customer experience and driving more conversions.

Let’s celebrate our finalists: Christus Health Plan, Renewal by Andersen, SCI shared resources, and Terminix Services. These organizations are investing in agent coaching, and it shows in their conversion rates!

Our next award goes to a customer who uses Invoca conversation intelligence to find opportunities for improvement across channels, resulting in a better caller experience that helps optimize conversion rates and minimize lost sales and unanswered calls.

The finalists for Most Improved Caller Experience are: Christian Brothers Automotive, Insperity, Renewal by Andersen, and ServPro. These organizations are meeting the expectations of today’s sophisticated consumer in the call channel and thriving!

The Pay Per Call Marketer of the Year demonstrates excellence in partnership and business development, consistently providing growth opportunities and value to their brand partners.

Please join us in congratulating Direct2Market, MediaBids, and Prospecta Marketing. These veterans in the Pay Per Call space are adding incredible value for their customers!

The Conversation Intelligence Hero of the Year is an individual who speaks publicly about their expertise and the innovative ways they are using Invoca to get the most value. The Community Hero of the Year Award is given to an individual who engages in the Invoca Community and helps others by sharing insights, helpful tips, and how-tos. This person is generous with their time and insights, “paying it forward” to others, and is considered an expert in the field of conversation analytics.

Please help us celebrate Jigna Desai from The Aspen Group, Tim Mogler from Mutual of Omaha, Laura Chase, Exec. Director Web Analytics & Insights at Providence Health, and Christina Pfaff from Spectrum Retirement Communities. All of these folks are true heroes who tirelessly share their expertise with the larger Invoca Community.

That wraps up our customer awards! Now onto recognizing our amazing partners. Our first partner award is the Breakthrough Partner of the Year and is given to a partner or agency that has introduced a new and exciting integration, a new joint use case, or a new GTM channel. This partner is using out-of-the-box thinking for ways to use Invoca data in a different way. This way of thinking force multiplies the reach of offline data and offers many benefits to our joint customers.

The finalists in this category are: Five9, Goodway Group, Google Cloud, and Sophus3. These partners’ boundary-pushing innovation is critical to the success of our customers.

The Partner Collaboration Award is given to the technology or agency partner who consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting opportunities through collaboration on events, webinars, lunch and learns, and other promotional activities to drive visibility, awareness, and ultimately, business.
