This year has posed new challenges for our customers and we have helped them respond with innovative solutions to meet their customers’ rapidly changing needs. In March, we helped guide many of our customers through using additional Invoca features and shifting their use cases to meet new customer needs related to COVID-19. Since then, we have created many opportunities for our customers to connect with us and each other to share strategies. Our customers have been able to use Invoca call and conversational analytics to better reach and understand their customers, ultimately driving a stellar customer experience.
