Lead and Conversion Signal Labels
Get standardized lead and conversion data
Signal Tagging
Get deeper insights from the data most closely tied to business outcomes. With Signal tagging you can now apply standard labels for your Lead and Conversion Signals, right from within the Invoca platform. Use these tags to search for and sort all Lead and Conversion Signals for a deeper understanding of this critical dats.
Common Questions:
- Can I create custom tags?
- No. Currently, there are only two Standard Tags available: "Lead" and "Conversion". We are planning to introduce other Standard Tags and will monitor customer feedback to determine if custom tags will help solve certain problems.
- Can a single signal be tagged as both a "Lead" and "Conversion"?
- No. Initially, a single signal cannot be tagged as both a Lead and a Conversion.
- Is there a limit to how many signals I can tag?
- No. You can apply the "Lead" tag to one or more signals in your network, and you can do the same for the "Conversion" tag.
- How do I remove or change a label?
- If a signal is mistagged, you can change the label (e.g., Lead -> Conversion) or remove it completely. To remove a tag, you can go to the Signal Edit page and update the tag to None. Untagging a Signal does not impact the underlying Signal data.
This feature is available now for all customers with Lead and Conversion Signals. Invoca will preemptively tag Signals for networks that have provided Lead and Conversion Signals via the Lead Conversion Dashboard.
