It has been an exciting year at Invoca and between the acquisition of DialogTech, our recent funding round, and our expanded investment in conversation intelligence innovation, there is a lot to celebrate! What makes me want to put my party hat on is the massive growth of our community of amazing customers. Our mission at Invoca is to ensure the success of all of our customers and it’s what drives us to do more every day. That’s one of many reasons I’m so excited to bring together all of our customers and partners with a brand-new Invoca Community program!
The new Invoca community is more than just a knowledge base, it’s the online destination that brings together all of Invoca customers across marketing, sales, the contact center, customer experience and dozens of industries. You’ll also be joining dozens of agency and technology partners and over 400 Invoca employees who make up our growing community.
It’s a one-stop shop for Invoca customers and partners to network and collaborate with their peers, learn best practices from each other, and get all the information they need to get the most value possible from Invoca. And we’re already feeling the excitement brewing with our customers!
