Surbhi Rathore is VP of AI Products & Strategy at Invoca. She runs Invoca's AI portfolio — the platform, the conversational agents on voice and SMS that talk to customers, and the intelligence layer that turns those conversations into attribution and quality signals for marketers.
She was previously CEO and co-founder of Symbl.ai, a conversational intelligence platform that Invoca acquired in 2025. Prior to that, she spent over a decade in technical roles building and deploying software for telcos, including early conversational AI systems. Her work at Invoca centers on agentic commerce and the trust required to hand AI agents something as consequential as a sale — with human-machine interaction at the center of it — a perspective she shares as a speaker and writer.
Originally from India and a self-described globe trotter, Surbhi now lives in San Francisco with her partner.
