AI Summaries API

The new ”Transcript Analysis API” allows you to easily export call summaries into other platforms on a call-by-call basis.

"What action do I need to take?"

• Ensure AI Summaries are enabled in the Invoca platform 
• Follow the guidelines in the Transcript Analysis API documentation to create your data connection.

Limitations:

• The API does not support “bulk” summaries export, only returning one AI summary per request. However, writing a simple script will allow you to iterate through their call records and import every AI Summary.
• AI Summary export is not supported with integrations that rely on webhooks to transmit data (e.g. Salesforce).

• Automatically importing AI call summaries into your call records eliminates the need for your agents to write summaries.
• Exporting AI summaries into your CRM or agent coaching platform provides managers with instant, actionable insights for performance improvement.
