Amplifon is the world’s leading brand in hearing health, and with well-known hearing aid brands like Miracle-Ear under its umbrella it has helped millions of people improve their hearing. The company was also a finalist for the AI Innovation Award at this year’s Invoca Summit virtual event. In this pre-Summit interview, Invoca CEO Gregg Johnson speaks with Amplifon Americas’ head of Digital Marketing Natalie Huff about how they are using Invoca conversation intelligence technology to drive digital transformation in marketing.

“A lot of the conversions that we’re driving through digital marketing happen over the phone — 80% to be specific — which means that the translation of that digital data we’re so fond of into the actual performance of offline [channels] becomes integral when you think of optimization in any shape or form,” said Huff. “I’m very excited to talk about how Invoca enabled that and really shaped our innovation roadmap.”
