Semantic Signals use AI-powered interpretation to identify nuanced behaviors and moments, like empathy, courtesy, objection handling, competitor mentions, or frustrated callers, even when phrasing varies. Signals are pre-built and ready to activate quickly, and you can refine them by removing non-applicable phrases to improve accuracy while keeping insights easy to verify in transcripts.
This feature is included with Signal AI Silver and Gold packages and the QM Module for U.S. customers. Semantic Signals do not count against Signal limits.
