Foreign Language Transcription Update

The new Foreign Language Transcription UI is a self-service interface that allows you to easily set the expected language for calls in a campaign, ensuring accurate transcription in the specified language.

‍Customer Action:

• There is no customer action required. As long as you are a Signal AI Silver or Gold customer you should automatically have access to the new UI.
• If you have either the Signal AI Silver or Gold add-on and are not seeing this new feature when creating campaigns, please contact your CSM to have it enabled.

• Receive accurate foreign language transcripts for non-English-speaking initiatives, like French and Spanish. Accurate transcripts are key to creating keyword spotting signals that drive better results for marketing optimization and quality management.
• A new streamlined process, no need to open a support ticket.
