Advanced Redaction: Feature Updates

Advanced Redaction adds new features and data types that give customers more control over what is and is not redacted from conversations. Location data can now be redacted at a granular level across five distinct types, and transcripts can display the specific data type removed instead of a generic masked value. A new protected phrase list lets customers exclude specific words, such as brand names, from redaction so that important conversation context is preserved.
