From acquiring Symbl.ai to entering the UK market and becoming a fully-remote company, growth and change have been the theme at Invoca over the last few years. Best Workplace for the eighth year in a row!
The Inc. Best Workplace title reflects our employees who bring their best selves to work every day and foster a workplace of inclusivity, growth, and thriving. Our workforce now includes hundreds of Invocans across the United States, Canada, and the UK. Two years ago, we became a fully remote organization, enabling us to attract and retain the best and brightest talent in North America and the UK. Our success as a fully remote workplace proves that great work-life balance leads to better outputs. It doesn’t matter where you work — it’s all about the work that you do.

Below, we'll go through some of the findings from the Inc. Best Workplace report that show why Invoca is such a special place to grow one's career.
Finding #1: Invoca Employees Are Highly Engaged by Their Work
The Inc. survey results found that Invoca's employees are energized by the work they do every day. An impressive 81% of Invoca employees reported being “highly engaged” — an eight percent increase from last year.
Finding #2: Invoca Team Members Are Highly Collaborative
Companies achieve the best results when employees are working toward a shared goal. At Invoca, "stronger together" is more than an expression — it's a way of life. When our employees were asked to describe their work environment, they overwhelmingly chose "collaborative."
Finding #3: Invoca Leadership Values Its People
Companies can't function without the people who show up every day and put in the work. Great leaders value their people, and Invoca is no exception. The Inc. survey found that 88% of Invoca employees say the company's senior leaders treat people as their most important resources.
Finding #4: Invoca’s Benefits Outpace the Competition
We take pride in offering benefits that support our employees’ well-being, growth, and work-life balance. When people feel cared for, they’re free to innovate, collaborate, and do their best work. The Inc. team gave Invoca a benefits score of 86/100, which far outpaced the survey average of 75/100.
Finding #5: Invoca Values Work-Life Balance
We believe that people do better work when they have time to decompress and attend to their lives outside of work. This Invocan made an important point — you can only have true work-life balance if you’re encouraged to take time off when it’s needed!
