Invoca employee satisfaction outpaces employee satisfaction at a typical US company by 40%. Nearly all of our employees enjoy their jobs at Invoca, as opposed to six out of ten employees at the average US company.

Invoca scored high marks across the board in the questionnaire. Our employees agreed nearly unanimously that the company allows them to take time off work when necessary, management is approachable, and their peers made them feel welcome when they joined.
