CIS does an amazing job in the three areas that I focus on with industry conferences. First, down-to-earth product discussions and presentations - when Invoca talks about something new or innovative, it is technology that can actually be used in the near term and not only in some pie-in-the-sky demo environment. Second, other marketing colleagues presenting content around challenges and relevant use cases without a sales tilt to that presentation and third - fun! - CIS provides engaging evening activities that allow attendees to kick-back and connect in comfortable settings.
Many of Invoca’s clients have very similar marketing strategies, because most of us aren’t just selling things, we’re selling services that require a human touch to complete the sale. Invoca’s platform helps us all make sense of and optimize the performance of that step in the sales process and tie it in with the performance of all of the other steps. Being able to talk to and learn from other marketing professionals in the same boat and often a step or two ahead makes the Invoca CIS a very useful experience. Lots of fun too.
I found the conference to be very valuable – super content, and really great to connect with other brands that rely on phone conversions as much as we do. Plus Santa Barbara was beautiful and the events were a blast. We'll definitely be back.
In addition to the benefit of meeting with and collaborating with people from all sorts of companies from new smaller companies to the larger big-name companies, getting a sneak peek at the newest and latest features as well as getting ideas from other marketers on how to improve call tracking campaigns was certainly measurably valuable for me.
