REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Invoca Summit 2018. We’re so glad you’ll be joining us. For complete details on our registration, attendance, and speaker policies, please read through the terms below.

CANCELLATION
You will receive a full refund if you cancel before October 6, 2018. So, there’s that. From October 6, 2018 until October 20, 2018, you can cancel your registration for a 50% refund of the registration fee you paid. On or after October 21, 2018, you cannot cancel your registration and we will not provide a refund of the registration fee you paid (regardless of whether or not you attend Invoca Summit 2018). Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations. And don't worry: when we say 'registration' above, we mean both your Invoca Summit 2018 pass and/or your registration for any optional training sessions.

TRANSFER
If you can’t attend, but know someone who really wants to be there, you can transfer your ticket to them for free. Hotel rooms do not automatically transfer with registration so be sure to update that as well.

TICKET RATES
Once you complete purchase of your ticket, the rate is considered final and won’t be adjusted later.

AGE LIMITATION
Attendees must be 18 years of age to attend Invoca Summit 2018 and all related events. Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to Event Management at summit@invoca.com.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO, AND VIDEO RECORDING
Invoca Summit is held in a public space, so we don’t prohibit participants, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from photographing or video or audiotaping some event activities. We reserve the right to use images taken at the event with your photograph and/or likeness. By attending Invoca Summit 2018, you consent to having your image, voice, likeness and/or presentation recorded. We can use these recordings how we choose to, without giving you notice or any compensation (e.g., in our press releases, marketing materials or other publications). These recordings might include content or material that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other rights which we own or license. So, other than for your personal use, you are not allowed to copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute the recordings without our written permission.

ADMITTANCE AND SOLICITING
We want everyone to enjoy Invoca Summit 2018 unencumbered by jerky or offensive behavior. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the event anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the event or to any other attendee. “Suitcasing” or “outboarding” is strictly prohibited at Invoca Summit 2018. We reserve the right to escort any individual from Invoca Summit 2018 if they are reported to be soliciting. The views or opinions expressed by any event attendee, speaker or sponsor are not necessarily our views or opinions. All event attendees, speakers and sponsors are responsible for their own content (including presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online Web content).

PRIVACY STATEMENT
Your privacy is important to us. We might share your registration data with other parties to help improve your experience at Invoca Summit 2018. We might also share your registration data with providers related to the event, like hotels, registration service providers and housing vendors, and by providing your registration data to us, you grant us permission to do so. Please be aware that we may update and change any part or all of these Registration Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you first. The updated Registration Terms and Conditions will become effective and binding on the next business day after it is posted. These Registration Terms and Conditions include and incorporate by reference the Privacy Policy posted at http://www.invoca.com/privacy-policy/. If you do not agree with these Registration Terms and Conditions, you should not register for Invoca Summit 2018.

Conference Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors and employees at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

The Quick Version
Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

The Less Quick Version
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Sponsors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors should not use sexualised images, activities, or other material. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualised clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualised environment.

If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately. Conference staff can be identified as they'll be wearing branded clothing and/or badges.

Conference staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. We value your attendance.

We expect participants to follow these rules at conference and workshop venues and conference-related social events.
