Boosting Executive Team with Marketing and Enterprise SaaS Leaders
The following executives will drive Invoca’s sales, marketing and customer success teams under the leadership of Eric Holmen, who was recently promoted from CMO to president:
Kevin Ferguson, senior vice president of sales
Kevin Ferguson brings to Invoca 20 years of direct sales, sales management and leadership experience in early-stage and mature software companies. Ferguson has record-breaking performance in starting, re-starting and rapidly scaling Global GTM operations including direct sales, inside sales, channel sales and business development. He’s armed with a proven track record from his time at Oracle, Eloqua and Glass Lewis & Co. in setting strategic direction, building teams from the ground up, and running global sales organizations.
J. Scott Hamilton, vice president of business development
J. Scott Hamilton is a seasoned tech entrepreneur, having founded and sold three technology companies during the past 15 years. For the last decade he has focused on SaaS telephony products and services at VoodooVox and ResponseTap, with a particular emphasis on media attribution, call tracking and analytics.
Kyle Christensen, vice president of marketing
Kyle Christensen is a SaaS veteran, having spent more than 15 years working in enterprise software. Before Invoca, he was a VP of Marketing at Responsys, where he launched the company’s mobile product line and drove the growth of the enterprise business up until the company’s acquisition by Oracle for $1.5B. Christensen also served in senior strategic product marketing and management roles at Zuora and at Salesforce.com where he ran enterprise marketing for Data.com and helped launch the Service Cloud line of business.
Lisa Riolo, vice president of customer success
With more than 20 years executive experience managing several startup and early stage businesses, Lisa Riolo is a proven leader focused on championing customer success. Prior to joining Invoca, Riolo co-founded Impact Radius, a marketing technology company and workzones, a Santa Barbara-based co-working business. She also served as SVP of business development at Commission Junction where she was responsible for driving revenue and establishing industry leading client development services.
