"I’ve been using Invoca for almost a year. The reason I joined their platform is because they were the only company that was able to provide critical data that has eluded my ecommerce site for almost 20 years. Invoca was able to show me the source of revenue that came through phone calls. It's easy for Google, Microsoft, and Facebook to track the clicking journey a customer goes through, but they would lose the attribution as soon as the customer picks up the phone and dials in (even with masking the numbers, Google still won’t connect the call to the order).
With Invoca’s technology they were able to connect the campaign to the actual order ID with virtually no delay. The part that really sealed the deal for me was that after Invoca captures the data, they then feed this information back into the source helping them better optimize your campaigns. One real world example was we have numerous campaigns in Google ads that had 1+ ROAS which we debated on if we should keep them or not, however after the Invoca data started showing up, we were able to give more credit to some of those campaign and we discovered that the ROAS was 3+. Ultimately, we canceled the less profitable campaign and shifted those budgets to reinforce those with a stronger ROAS.
