Invoca Named an Inc. Best Workplace for a Sixth Consecutive Year

The last few years have been full of momentum, growth, and change at Invoca. The pandemic completely changed the way we work, our acquisition of DialogTech nearly doubled the size of the company overnight, and our commitment to the success of our customers and technological innovation has made us the leader in the conversation intelligence space. The icing on the cake is that throughout all of this growth and change, we have continued to build upon the culture that makes Invoca an amazing place to work. We’re proud to announce that we’ve been named an Inc. Best Workplace for the sixth year in a row

The Inc. Best Workplace title is a reflection of our employees who bring the best of themselves to work every day and foster a workplace of inclusivity, growth, and thriving. Our workforce now includes over 400 Invocans all across the United States and Canada. Before 2020, we mostly worked from the office, and now the majority of us work remotely. While the way we work has changed, the love we have for where we work has grown along with us.

Below, we'll go through some of the findings from the Inc. Best Workplace report that show why Invoca is such a special place to grow one's career.

Finding #1: Invoca Employees Are Highly Engaged by their Work

The Inc. survey results found that Invoca's employees are energized by the work they do every day. A whopping 84% of Invoca's employees said that they're highly engaged at work.

Finding #2: Invoca Leadership Values Its People

Companies can't function without the people who show up every day and put in the work. Great leaders value their people, and Invoca is no exception. The Inc. survey found that 94% of Invoca employees say the company's senior leaders treat people as their most important resources.

Finding #3: Invoca Team Members Are Highly Collaborative

Companies achieve the best results when employees are working toward a shared goal. At Invoca, "stronger together" is more than an expression — it's a way of life. When our employees were asked to describe their work environment, they overwhelmingly chose the word "collaborative."

Finding #4: Invoca's Culture Is One of a Kind

Invoca strives to create a welcoming, collaborative environment for all of its employees. This anonymous respondent shared what makes the Invoca culture truly special, and why she's never felt more at home anywhere in her 20+ year career.
